By purchasing or using any All The Machines product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our products.

When you purchase a product from All The Machines, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You do not acquire ownership of the product itself.

This license permits you to:

• Use the product for personal music production
• Use the product in commercial music production projects
• Install the product on multiple computers that you own or control

All copyright and intellectual property rights in the products remain the exclusive property of All The Machines.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share product files with others
• Claim ownership or authorship of any All The Machines product
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the source code of Max for Live devices or VST3 plugins
• Extract, isolate, or reverse engineer samples from plugins or devices (except sample packs, which may be used in productions as described below)
• Include our products or their components in competing products, sample libraries, or commercial sound libraries

For sample pack products, you may:

• Use samples in your personal and commercial music productions, including productions for clients
• Modify, process, and combine samples with other audio

You may not:

• Redistribute samples as standalone audio files
• Include samples in competing sample packs or sound libraries
• Sell or distribute samples outside of complete musical works

EU Customers:

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. However, for digital content, this right is waived once you download or access the product, as provided in Article 16(m) of the Directive. By downloading any All The Machines product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Non-EU Customers:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link is accessed or the product is downloaded.

Technical Issues:

If you experience technical issues with a product, please contact support@all-the-machines.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue or, if the product cannot be made to work as described, provide a refund.

Digital products are delivered via a time-limited download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Download links:

• Expire after 24 hours from the time of purchase
• Are limited to 3 downloads per purchase
• Can be regenerated by contacting support if they expire before you complete your download

Please download your products promptly and store them in a safe location. We recommend keeping backups of all purchased products.

All The Machines products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems, DAWs, operating system versions, or software configurations. We provide best-effort support but do not warrant that products will be error-free or operate without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All The Machines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

This license is effective until terminated. We may revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the product and delete all copies in your possession.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, where All The Machines operates. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights provided by their local consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
