WRECK

WRECK is a comprehensive digital destruction unit. Bit depth reduction, sample rate crushing with jitter, and a wavecycle mangler that operates at the cycle level — cutting, holding, reversing, and reforming the waveform.

Pre and post filters shape what enters and exits the damage. Five quantization modes, three dither types, five cycle modes.

Controls

• Bit Depth — Reduce to 1–24 bits. Five quantization modes (Round, Truncate, Floor, AM-Biased, Log)
• Sample Rate — Downsample from 44.1kHz to audio-range rates. Jitter for unstable clock feel
• Dither — Off, TPDF, or Noise-Shaped
• Cycle Mode — Off, Formant, Reform, Hold, or Reverse — cuts and reshapes wavecycles
• Drive / Bias — Input saturation and DC bias before processing
• Pre / Post Filter — Lowpass filter before and after the destruction chain
• Aliasing — Control anti-aliasing amount
• Oversample — Off, 2x, or 4x
• Mix — Dry/wet blend
• Output — Output level
